These Terms of Service apply to your use of trullbrook.com and the online forms, email and text message programs offered by Trull Brook Golf Course, including SimZon Indoor Golf at Trull Brook (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using our website

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You will not try to disrupt the site, access parts of it you are not authorized to use, submit false information, or use the site to send spam or harmful code.

Bookings, parties and leagues

Simulator bay reservations, party and event bookings, and league registrations are subject to the terms, prices and cancellation policies shown at the time you book or confirmed with our staff. Online bay reservations are made through a third-party booking platform, and league registration runs through a third-party league platform. Prices shown on our site are typical; confirm when booking. Hours may change on holidays.

Text message program

Program: Trull Brook Golf Course and SimZon Indoor Golf text messages. Messages may include booking links, scheduling confirmations and reminders, party and event follow-up, league updates and occasional promotions.

Opt-in: You consent by providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in, for example by checking an unchecked consent box on a web form (marketing and non-marketing messages have separate boxes) or by texting a keyword to us.

Frequency: Message frequency varies. Fees: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send “STOP,” we will send you a text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending text messages to you again.

Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your mobile number and opt-in information.

Electronic consent

By opting in or submitting a form electronically, you agree that your electronic action is your signature and your consent to receive communications from us electronically.

Third-party services and links

Our site links to and uses third-party services, including online booking, league registration, payment, and social media platforms. We are not responsible for their content, policies or availability, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, photos, video, logos and the SimZon and Trull Brook names, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reuse or distribute it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

No warranties

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Middlesex County, Massachusetts.
