This Privacy Policy explains how Trull Brook Golf Course, including SimZon Indoor Golf at Trull Brook (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses and protects information about you. It covers trullbrook.com, the forms on this site, forms you submit through our ads on Facebook and Instagram, and our email, phone and text message communications.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, request a booking link, ask about a party or event, sign up for a league, call us or email us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, preferred dates, group size and anything else you choose to include in your message.

Forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads. If you submit a form inside one of our ads, Meta passes the information you entered (such as your name, email address, phone number and any answers you give) to us so we can follow up.

Bookings and league registration. Simulator bay reservations are made through a third-party online booking platform, and league registration runs through a third-party league management platform. Payment details you enter on those platforms are handled by them under their own privacy policies.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the links you click and how you arrived at the site. We use cookies, pixels and similar tools (for example, the Meta Pixel) for site analytics and to measure and improve our advertising.

How we use your information

To respond to your questions and requests, including sending you a booking link or following up about a party or event.
To schedule, confirm and remind you about bay time, parties, events and league play.
To send you updates and occasional offers by email, and by text if you have opted in to texts. You can opt out at any time.
To operate, secure and improve our website, and to prevent fraud or misuse.
To measure how our ads perform and show relevant ads to people who may be interested.

Email

Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at leo@trullbrook.com to stop receiving marketing email. We may still send messages about a booking or inquiry you have made.

Text messaging

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Trull Brook Golf Course and SimZon Indoor Golf at Trull Brook. Message types include booking links, scheduling confirmations and reminders, party and event follow-up, league updates and occasional promotions. Message frequency varies. Your consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We use your mobile number only to deliver the messages described here. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business, with:

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well. You can manage the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences, and on Google in your Google ad settings.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, such as following up on an inquiry, managing bookings and keeping business records, and then delete it or de-identify it.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website, email or text system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
